Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial documentation, with the ability to manage tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations using Zoho Books
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records
- Prepare and manage GST filings and ensure compliance
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and filings
- Work on Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) where applicable
- Prepare and manage Form 15CA & 15CB documentation
- Assist in ROC compliance and filings
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations (CGST, etc.)
- Handle Advance Tax calculations and payments
- Manage PF & ESI compliance
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
- Support audits and respond to audit queries
Skills Required
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (Zoho Books preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
Additional Information
- Immediate joiners are preferred
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site
Work Location: In person – Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
