Team Size: 10+ recruiters

Experience required: 7–10 years of robust experience in Talent Acquisition

Preferred Industry Background: General Insurance/ Insurance/ BFSI

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute

Salary Range: As per company norms

Job Description:

· Lead & manage full-cycle recruitment – lateral + campus hiring
· Collaborate with business leaders on workforce planning
· Coach and guide a recruitment team (10+ recruiters)
· Drive retention strategies, engagement, and internal mobility
· Promote SGICL as an employer of choice through branding initiatives
· Use data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency & candidate experience

Skill Required:

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
· Experience in insurance/financial services domain is a plus
· Knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and HR analytics
· Must have Team Handling Experience (Approx 10+ recruiters)
