We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring productive handling of inbound and outbound activities, inventory accuracy, and smooth logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inbound Operations

- Receive incoming goods and verify against purchase orders and invoices
- Inspect materials for quality and quantity discrepancies
- Ensure proper documentation and system entry of received items
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for any issues

2. Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate inventory records in the system
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of goods

3. Outbound Operations

- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time
- Pick, pack, and dispatch goods as per company standards
- Ensure proper documentation for shipments
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery timelines

4. Transportation Management

- Plan and coordinate transportation for timely delivery
- Liaise with transporters and logistics partners




- Track shipments and ensure on-time dispatch and delivery
- Optimize transportation costs and efficiency

5. Return Operations

- Handle returned goods and verify condition
- Process return documentation and update inventory
- Coordinate with quality and customer service teams for resolution
- Identify patterns in returns and suggest improvements

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
