We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Billing Executive to manage billing and cash counter operations. The candidate should handle customer payments, prepare bills accurately, and maintain proper cash records.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate bills accurately using the billing software.
- Receive cash, UPI, card, and other payment methods from customers.
- Ensure the correct amount is collected and provide the balance (if applicable).
- Maintain daily cash and billing records.
- Count and verify cash at the beginning and end of the shift.
- Handle customer queries related to billing politely.
Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic mathematics and basic tally knowledge.
Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Experience in billing or cash handling is preferred, but freshers can also apply.
