Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Business Development Executives to join our team. This is a Voice Process role where you will communicate with prospective clients, explain our services, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain the company's products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads through voice calls.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

Required Skills





- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Good listening and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or business development is an added advantage.
