Duties & Responsibilities

Incoming inspection of Parts & preparing reports

In-process inspection.

· Independently read and interpret GD&T; parameters from part drawings and define inspection plans.

· Final inspection for quality parameters and visual inspection.

· Preparation and Evaluation Lab Samples.

· Evaluation and Operating knowledge on Microhardness,Rockwell Hardness, Microstructure,Bend test,PAT , Bond Strength Adhesion test.

· Assure quality of Product delivered

· Internal daily calibration of quality equipment’s

· Monitor & assist in on time external calibration of quality equipment’s in Lab.

· Involve in suggestion scheme, quality improvement activities (1-1-1, 3-1 projects) and implement HSE ,5S, OOE & Cost savings projects.

· Ensure process are in line with standards (QMS, EMS, Internal operation standards).

· Inform Quality manager for quality related issues.

· Working & handling shifts for day-to-day quality activities.





· Liaison with external agencies for calibration & service – owner

· Involve in QMS(ISO9001, IATF16949 , AS9100,NADCAP and EMS(ISO14001) Implementation & Internal audits.

· Adherence and monitor every one in the department follows to all safety requirements

Required education, experience, knowledge

· Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical /Automobile Engineering with min 3 Years of experience in quality function in thermal spray process like HVOF, Plasma Spray, Arc Spray, Wire Spray costings

Knowledge on QMS-ISO9001/IATF16949 , AS9100D & EMS ISO14001 is mandatory

Should be willing to work in Tumkur & as well Jigani (Bangalore) location

Must be ready to work for 6 days with 3 rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
