We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Invoice Intern to support our Finance & Accounts team in daily invoicing and accounting operations. The intern will assist in preparing, verifying, maintaining, and processing invoices while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and processing invoices and e-invoices.
- Verify invoice details, amounts, dates, tax information, and client details.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices and financial documents.
- Support data entry and updating of accounting records.
- Assist with invoice reconciliation and identifying discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing-related information and clarifications.
- Maintain proper documentation and digital filing of invoices.
- Assist the Finance & Accounts team with other day-to-day accounting activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or a related course.
- Basic understanding of accounting and invoicing concepts.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn accounting and invoicing processes.
Preferred: Basic knowledge of GST, e-invoicing, Tally, or any accounting software.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
