Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tally ERP Executive to manage accounting, inventory, and ERP operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime, inventory management, GST compliance, and ERP software. Experience in the plywood, laminates, hardware, or building materials industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

Generate sales invoices, purchase entries, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers.

Manage inventory, stock transfers, and stock reconciliation.

Handle GST invoicing, GST returns support, and statutory compliance.

Monitor receivables, payables, and customer/vendor ledgers.

Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for accurate stock updates.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.

Maintain ERP master data including customers, suppliers, and products.

Resolve ERP-related issues and ensure accurate data entry.

Support management with reports and business analysis.





Required Skills

Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

Experience with ERP software and inventory management systems.

Strong knowledge of GST, accounting principles, and taxation.

Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent.

0–4 years of experience in Tally ERP and ERP software.

Experience in the interior products, plywood, laminate, hardware, or building materials industry is preferred.
