- Performance Management and Employee Appraisal
- Compensation and Benefits Administration
- Employee Engagement and Retention Initiatives
- Ensuring Compliance with Healthcare
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinating attendance, leave, and statutory compliance
- Supporting HR policies, procedures, and organizational development
