Job description
Role: Academic Counsellor
Location: Chennai (Anna Nagar, Velachery, Trichy)
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Language: Tamil (Mandatory)
Working days: 6 days (rotational week off)
Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold calling to prospective students and parents.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students for JEE/NEET programs.
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and academic offerings.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to sales conversion.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper documentation of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with the Team Leader.
- Follow up with prospective leads to maximize admissions.
- Assist students in making informed academic and career decisions.

Eligibility:

- At least six months of experience as an academic counselor in sales or in Sales.
- Strong communication and counselling skills
- Experienced candidates in sales or education counselling are preferred

Pay: From ₹4.00 per year
