Job Title: Senior Academic Counsellor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students, achieve admission targets, and deliver an excellent counselling experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents about courses and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound admission enquiries.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Support junior counsellors and ensure high-quality counselling.

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience as an Academic Counsellor, preferably in the education/EdTech sector.
- Solid communication, counselling, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven track record in admissions.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and lead by example.
