**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our exclusive brand store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining financial records, and motivating our team to achieve sales targets. The Retail Store Manager will play a key role in upholding our brand reputation and driving the store's success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Store Operations Management:**

Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, including merchandising, inventory management, and compliance with company policies and procedures (SOPs).

- **Staff Management:**

Recruit, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.

- **Financial Management:**

Maintain accurate accounts of store finances, including sales figures, expenses, and inventory levels. Ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines and prepare financial reports as needed.

- **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):**

Understand and analyze KPIs related to sales, customer satisfaction, and staff performance. Implement strategies to improve store metrics and reach sales goals.

- **Customer Experience:**

Foster a welcoming and engaging shopping environment. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- **Visual Merchandising:**

Ensure that the store’s visual presentation aligns with brand standards and enhances the customer shopping experience.

- **Reporting:**

Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, sales trends,



and inventory status to senior management.

- **Compliance and Safety:**

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, loss prevention policies, and other relevant legal requirements.

- **Additional Responsibilities:**

Support any other tasks or projects required for the effective operation of the store as directed by senior management.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:**

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred but not required.

- **Experience:**

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in an exclusive brand environment of apparel, jewellery, etc.

- **Skills:**

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and retail management software.

- Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPIs.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- **Personal Attributes:**

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a rapid-paced environment. Passion for the brand and understanding of luxury retail.
