The Business Operations Intern supports the development and improvement of the internal systems that enable RKS INNOVATE to operate efficiently. This role focuses on organizing processes, maintaining documentation, improving workflows, and supporting day-to-day operations across different functions.
Interns will gain practical experience in business operations while contributing to initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness and create a structured working environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and improving internal operational processes.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of organizational documents, templates, and records.
- Help document workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process guidelines.
- Coordinate operational activities across different teams when required.
- Monitor internal processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital records to support effective knowledge management.
- Contribute ideas that improve operational efficiency and consistency across the organization.
