About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Global Sales Associates to join our team. This role requires individuals who are passionate about education and possess the drive to help learners succeed globally. You'll engage with prospective learners and guide them through our learning solutions.

Position: Global Sales Associate

Location: Greater Noida West (Work from Office)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Deliver comprehensive information to prospective learners through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.

- Guide students and parents on their learning needs via structured counselling sessions (K-10 segment).

- Arrange appointments and conduct daily online demo sessions, including follow-up interactions.

- Handle objections and negotiate prices to achieve sales revenue.

- Resolve inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.





- Exceed monthly and quarterly targets for revenue and enrolments.

- Sustain open communication until the learner is fully integrated into the system.

Qualifications

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).

- 0-5 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Education Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Relationship Management is preferred.

- Fresh graduates with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

- Strong counseling, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
