Thatha Patti Elders Foundation is dedicated to the care and well-being of elders, providing a supportive and compassionate environment. We are looking for a warm, communicative, and dedicated Telecaller to join our team in Saravanampatti, Coimbatore.

Job Summary
We are hiring a Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with enquiries related to our elder care services, and support our outreach and communication efforts. The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and comfortable speaking with elderly individuals and their families.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective families/clients to explain our services
- Handle inbound enquiry calls and provide accurate information
- Maintain a friendly, respectful, and patient tone, especially when speaking with elderly callers
- Follow up on leads and enquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain call records, enquiry logs, and basic documentation
- Coordinate with the on-ground team to schedule visits or share information as needed




- Build rapport and trust with callers to represent the Foundation's values

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Tamil (English/Hindi is a plus)
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field preferred (freshers with good communication skills may also apply)
- Basic computer/mobile literacy for maintaining call logs
- Polite, patient, and empathetic personality — comfortable interacting with elderly individuals and their families
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary
₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
