Ultra Stream Technologies is a UAE-based distributor specializing in IT hardware, networking products,CCTV,switches,routers and structured cabling solutions. We work with leading technology brands and provide reliable IT infrastructure solutions across the UAE market.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

* Identify and develop current business opportunities in the IT networking and infrastructure market.

* Promote and sell networking products such as routers, switches, access points, firewalls, and structured cabling products.

* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.

2. Client Relationship Management

* Build and maintain relationships with system integrators, resellers, contractors, and corporate clients.

* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable networking product solutions.

* Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations if needed.

3. Quotation & Order Management

* Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and product specifications for customers.





* Follow up on quotations to convert them into confirmed sales orders.

* Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.

4. Market Research & Product Knowledge

* Stay updated on latest networking technologies, brands, and market trends.

* Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies.

* Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market demand.

5. Sales Reporting & Documentation

* Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and sales pipelines.

* Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

* Update CRM systems with customer interactions and sales activities.

6. After-Sales Support

* Ensure customer satisfaction through proper follow-up after product delivery.

* Coordinate with technical teams for product support or issue resolution if required.

Preferred Qualifications

B-Tech/M-Tech in Electrical and Electronics,Diploma in Electric and Electronics,Any Degree
