Job Description: Site Engineer

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, adhering to project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- On-Site Management:
- Supervise day-to-day operations and construction activities.
- Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with design.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow.
- Serve as the point of contact for any on-site issues and communicate updates to the project manager.
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical guidance to the workforce and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Interpret construction drawings and designs to the on-site team.
- Progress Monitoring:
- Track project progress and prepare daily and weekly reports.
- Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.
- Resource Management:




- Ensure optimal utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate material procurement as needed.
- Health and Safety:
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working workplace.
- Address and resolve any safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in site supervision or construction management.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and standards.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,496.29 - ₹25,000.00 per month
