We are a leading Influencer Digital Marketing company specializing in influencer campaigns, brand collaborations, digital media solutions, and marketing strategies. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead business growth, acquire recent clients, and build long-term relationships with brands and agencies.

Mandatory Industry Experience

Candidates must have Sales or Business Development experience in any one of the following industries:

- Media
- Television (TV)
- Press / Print Media
- Broadcasting
- Advertising Agency
- Digital Media
- Influencer Marketing Agency

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and client meetings.
- Build strong relationships with brands, advertising agencies, and corporate clients.
- Present influencer marketing, digital media, and brand collaboration solutions.
- Lead the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, quotations,



and commercial negotiations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with campaign, creative, and client servicing teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for management.
- Mentor and guide the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Mandatory experience in Media, Television, Press, Broadcasting, Advertising, Digital Media, or Influencer Marketing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
