1) Blog & SEO

* Write and optimize blogs for the website.

* Conduct keyword research and improve on-page SEO.

* Track website performance and search rankings.

2) Social Media

* Create content for LinkedIn and Instagram.

* Schedule and publish posts.

* Brainstorm and execute new content ideas.

* Monitor engagement and performance.

3) CRM Management

* Maintain and update CRM data.

* Organize leads and ensure accurate records.

* Assist with email campaigns and follow-ups.

4) Presentations

* Prepare client and internal presentations.

* Organize marketing reports and campaign updates.

* Support pitch decks and proposal creation.

5) Founder Communications

* Assist in creating LinkedIn posts and thought leadership content.

* Help draft announcements, updates, and communication materials.

* Coordinate content and posting schedules.

Requirements

* 0–2 years of experience in video editing and videography (Freshers with an impressive portfolio/ showreel are encouraged to apply).

* Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

* Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.





* Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software is a plus.

* Basic understanding of videography, framing, lighting, composition, and audio recording.

* Strong storytelling, scriptwriting, and creative thinking skills.

* Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and short-form content trends.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

* Strong attention to detail and willingness to continuously learn.
