- Sourcing & Recruitment: Proactively source candidates using various channels, including job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- End-to-End Hiring: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting initial phone/video interviews, scheduling hiring manager interviews, and extending offers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department leads to define role requirements, job descriptions, and hiring criteria.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain clear, prompt, and professional communication with all candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process regardless of outcome.
- Pipeline Building: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future and hard-to-fill positions.




- Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate offer letters, background checks, and seamless handoffs to the HR team for new hire onboarding.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
