Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Support children’s development in language, motor, social, and cognitive skills
- Maintain classroom discipline with patience and care
- Observe and assess children’s progress regularly
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s development
- Ensure the safety and hygiene of children at all times
- Organize classroom materials and learning resources
- Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions

Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / Montessori (preferred)
- Prior experience in a preschool or daycare setting (1–3 years preferred)




- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude towards children
- Basic knowledge of child development and teaching methods
