Job Description – Junior Accounts Executive (Fresher)

Position: Junior Accounts Executive

Experience: Fresher (0–1 Year)

Salary: ₹12,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build a career in accounting, taxation, and finance. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal vouchers in TallyPrime.
- Maintain accounting records and ledgers.
- Assist in bank reconciliation.
- Prepare invoices and maintain customer and supplier records.
- Organize and maintain accounting documents and files.
- Support GST data preparation and filing.
- Assist in Income Tax and TDS-related work.
- Prepare basic MIS reports and Excel statements.
- Handle data entry with accuracy and maintain confidentiality.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the senior accountant.

Eligibility





- B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Knowledge of TallyPrime is preferred (training will be provided if required).
