Job Overview
- Location: Gurugram (Gurgaon) – In-office
- Process: E-commerce Customer Support (Blended – Voice & Chat)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Working Days: 6 Days a week
- Shift Type: Rotational shifts (Note: No cab facility provided)
- Interview Mode: Direct Walk-in
Job Responsibilities
- Omnichannel Support: Handle customer queries through voice, chat, and email channels.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction.
- Order Management: Assist customers with orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and refunds.
- Data Logging: Maintain accurate, detailed records of all customer interactions.
- Compliance: Follow company policies, operational processes, and quality standards.
- Performance: Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets consistently.
Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed.
- Mindset: Customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work rotational shifts and a 6-day work week.
Compensation & Salary
- Fresher: ₹21,000 per month
- Experienced: ₹23,000 per month
- Night Allowance: Additional ₹2,000 per month (applicable for night shifts)
