The Incubation Manager will oversee the operations of the Idea Lab, supporting student innovation, prototyping, and start-up incubation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and operate the institutional incubation centre.
- Mentor student and faculty start-ups from ideation to commercialization.
- Facilitate funding opportunities through programs like Start-ups India, AIM, MSME, etc.
- Build strong industry partnerships and collaborations.
- Organize hackathons, boot camps, FDPs, and innovation challenges.
- Support product development, prototyping, and business model validation.
- Monitor start-ups progress and ensure measurable outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering / Management / Entrepreneurship.
- Experience in start-ups ecosystem / incubation / innovation management.
- Strong networking, mentoring, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of funding schemes, proposal writing, and pitching.
- Exposure to prototyping technologies (3D printing, IoT, etc.) is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
