Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE), preferably in the automobile industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid customer handling and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
