We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage data entry, documentation, office records, and computer-based administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills in both Hindi and English and be proficient in MS Office applications.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
* Prepare and maintain office records, reports, and documents.
* Handle document formatting, printing, scanning, and filing.
* Work on MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for daily office tasks.
* Manage emails and digital records.
* Assist in preparing official letters and reports.
* Ensure timely completion of assigned administrative tasks.
* Maintain confidentiality of official data and documents.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
* Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) (Mandatory)
Experience
* Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
Required Skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Hindi and English Typing skills.
* Good knowledge of computer operations and internet usage.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate
* Candidates At least 1 year of experience of working, Familiar with MS Office should have Hindi , English typing Experience.
* Good documentation and record management skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
