We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to drive business through channel partners, independent consultants, and direct sourcing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent networking skills, and the ability to generate quality walk-ins and site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs) and Independent Channel Partners (ICPs)
- Generate leads, drive walk-ins, and ensure site visits through effective sourcing strategies
- Identify and onboard new sourcing partners to expand business opportunities
- Coordinate closely with sales teams to maximize closures and revenue generation
- Build strong market presence in Western & Central regions
- Plan and execute sourcing activities, events, and campaigns to improve lead generation
- Track daily sourcing performance and achieve assigned business targets
- Maintain regular follow-ups with partners and ensure consistent engagement
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sourcing
- Strong network with CPs, brokers, and ICPs
- Proven track record in generating walk-ins and business numbers
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Good understanding of Mumbai real estate market, especially Western & Central regions
- Target-driven with strong business acumen
