project management, and execution.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a agile and client-oriented Junior Architect with 2+ years of experience in architectural projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to understand client requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and support project execution from concept through completion. Experience in healthcare, commercial, or institutional projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet clients to understand their project requirements, expectations, and functional needs.
- Conduct client presentations and explain architectural concepts, layouts, and design proposals.
- Develop concept designs, space planning, layouts, and presentation drawings based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with the design, engineering, and project execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress, take site measurements, and resolve on site design issues.
- Participate in project discussions, design reviews, and coordination meetings with clients and consultants.
- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and design documentation using relevant software.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Support project planning, documentation,



and timely execution of assigned projects.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

- Strong client handling and communication skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into practical designsolutions.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office.
- Good knowledge of architectural planning, space planning, and construction documentation.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination. Experience in client meetings, presentations, site coordination, and architectural project execution is mandatory.
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or institutional projects will be preferred.

- Confident in interacting with clients and presenting design concepts.
- Strong coordination skills with consultants, vendors, and project teams.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as required.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.
- Passionate about delivering innovative and high-quality architectural solutions while ensuring client satisfaction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
