Experience: 8+ years (BMS, BAS & ELV design engineering with BIM experience)

Education: B.E in Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and engineering of BMS/EPMS systems for data centres and high-tech facilities.
- Develop control strategies, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Evaluate vendor proposals, conduct product testing, and ensure design quality.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time.
- Manage both internal teams and external vendors to achieve project goals.
- Review and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and technical documents.
- Work across multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Required Skills & Tools

- Design Tools: Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage
- BAS Platforms: Tridium, Siemens Desigo (or similar)
- General Tools: MS Office Suite
- Protocols: BACnet, LON, MODBUS, Ethernet, Web-Services, HTML
- Systems Expertise: BMS, BAS, EPMS, BCMS, PLC, HVAC (Chilled Water, DX Refrigerant, Evaporative systems)

Must-Have

- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage
- Hands-on experience in BMS & BAS design projects (Europe & USA data centres preferred)
