Role Overview

We are looking for a highly adaptable and quick-learning ACES Trainee with strong communication skills. The role offers exposure to Product Support, Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, and Implementation based on business needs. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Support, and business teams to understand product workflows, customer requirements, and delivery processes.

Responsibilities will span Product, Implementation, and Support functions, aligned with ACES-driven capacity planning and evolving business priorities.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & Business Support

- Act as the first line of support for product-related queries from internal teams or customers
- Understand product workflows and assist in issue triaging and resolution
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely closure of support items

Requirement Gathering & Business Analysis

- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
- Prepare basic requirement documents, user stories, and functional notes
- Support senior team members in validating requirements and clarifying business logic

Implementation & Delivery Support





- Support product implementation activities for customers
- Participate in UAT coordination, data validation, and configuration checks
- Assist in preparing implementation documentation and handover notes

Collaboration & Communication

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations
- Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in product demos, reviews, and internal discussions

Basic Qualifications

- Fresher-Graduate or postgraduate in Engineering, Business, or Travel Industry fields
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand business processes and system workflows
- Willingness to work across multiple functions (Support, BA, Implementation)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good Team Player

Preferred Skills & Attributes

- High learning agility and adaptability
- Ability to handle ambiguity and changing priorities
- Basic understanding of software systems or ERP products is an advantage
- Comfortable working with documentation, data, and structured processes
- Robust sense of ownership and accountability

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
