Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, ensure timely resolution of queries, coordinate with operations, and provide seamless support to clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in the transport, logistics, or FMCG industry and possess excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and fleet teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with branches, drivers, and internal stakeholders for smooth operations.




- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data.
- Follow up on Proof of Delivery (POD) and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Support business teams in improving customer retention and service quality.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of transport and logistics operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with CRM software, ERP, or Transport Management Systems (TMS).
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in CRM, Customer Service, Operations, or Client Coordination.
- Experience in the Transport, Logistics, 3PL, Fleet Management, or FMCG industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
