Are you passionate about Sales, Marketing, and Business Development? We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executive to expand our network, build strong relationships, and drive student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Visit colleges, educational institutions, and corporate organizations to generate leads.
- Schedule appointments with key decision-makers and conduct seminars and presentations.
- Develop innovative lead generation strategies through networking events, education fairs, and digital campaigns.
- Counsel prospective students and convert leads into successful enrollments.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with colleges and institutional partners.




- Collaborate with the Marketing and Admissions teams to improve student engagement and conversions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business development reports.
- Achieve monthly admission and business development targets.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Field Sales, or Educational Sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong lead generation and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in conducting seminars and public presentations.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel for college visits and promotional activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in the Education, Training, EdTech, or Service Industry is an added advantage.
- Candidates with Field Marketing, Admission Counselling, Business Development, or Educational Sales experience are encouraged to apply.
