We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, providing information about our courses, and assisting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database.
- Explain college courses, admission procedures, and fee structures.
- Follow up with interested candidates and parents.
- Schedule campus visits and counseling appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and student inquiries.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth processing of applications.

Eligibility

- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (preferred)
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.




- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
