Butler – Private Residence

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and service-oriented Butler to manage and support the daily operations of a private residence. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional hospitality skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide personalized service while maintaining the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality.

The Butler will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the household, delivering impeccable food and beverage service, coordinating household activities, and creating a comfortable and well-organized environment for the principals and their guests.

Key Responsibilities

Personalized Service

- Provide attentive and personalized service to the principals and guests.

- Anticipate household requirements and respond promptly to requests.

- Ensure a seamless and comfortable living experience for the principals.

Food & Beverage Service

- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, beverages, and meals professionally.

- Set up and maintain dining areas according to formal and informal service standards.

- Coordinate meal service and ensure proper presentation and etiquette.

- Assist during family gatherings, private dinners, and special occasions.

- Maintain food and beverage inventories and coordinate replenishment when required.

Household Management

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residence.

- Ensure all areas of the home are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, and other household staff.

- Monitor household supplies and ensure timely replenishment.

Guest Relations

- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival.





- Manage guest hospitality requirements and ensure a positive experience.

- Coordinate guest room preparation and amenities when required.

Wardrobe & Personal Assistance

- Assist with wardrobe organization, packing, and unpacking.

- Coordinate garment care, laundry, and dry-cleaning requirements.

- Support the principals with personal errands and appointments as required.

Vendor & Maintenance Coordination

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for household requirements.

- Monitor maintenance and repair work to ensure quality standards are met.

- Maintain records of household services and schedules.

Administrative Duties

- Maintain household inventories and records.

- Assist with household purchases and expense tracking.

- Ensure household policies and procedures are followed efficiently.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience as a F&B; professional , Butler, Villa Butler, Household Butler, or in luxury hospitality.

- Strong knowledge of formal dining etiquette and food & beverage service.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Professional appearance and grooming standards.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.

- Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours and household requirements.

- Proficiency in English; additional languages will be an advantage.
