Unitech Packs is hiring a Blown Film Extruder Operator for our Puducherry plant. Experienced candidates preferred — freshers can also apply, salary based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Operate blown film extrusion machines for plastic film production
- Set machine parameters — temperature, air pressure, thickness control
- Monitor production and maintain quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Minimize material wastage and maintain daily production reports
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements:
- 2–5 years experience in blown film extrusion preferred (freshers welcome)
- Knowledge of LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE plastic raw materials
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field preferred
- Willing to work in shifts
Benefits:
