About SpaceBuddy

SpaceBuddy helps customers find the right home loan solutions by connecting them with leading banks and financial institutions. We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Home Loan Advisor (Tele Sales) to join our growing team.

Salary

- ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Attractive performance-based incentives (No upper limit)

Responsibilities

- Call prospective customers and follow up on home loan inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home loan options.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful loan applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the loan process.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and the internal team to ensure timely processing.
- Handle customer queries over phone and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the Home Loan, Mortgage, or Banking/Financial Services industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation,



and persuasion skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Comfortable working from home with a laptop/computer and a reliable internet connection.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
- Basic knowledge of home loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation.

Preferred

- Experience in home loan sourcing, mortgage sales, or loan advisory.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
