Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Executive

Job Location:Mangaluru, Karnataka

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Executive to ensure that all raw materials, in-process products, and finished food products meet the company's quality and food safety standards. The candidate should have knowledge of food quality testing, GMP, hygiene practices, and food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect and test raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods as per quality standards.
- Conduct routine quality checks and maintain inspection records.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality parameters.
- Perform laboratory tests such as Moisture, FFA (Free Fatty Acid), pH, and other required quality tests.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, GHP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate with the production team to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain quality control reports, batch records, and documentation.
- Ensure proper sanitation, hygiene,



and housekeeping practices in the production area.
- Monitor calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Train production staff on quality procedures and food safety practices.
- Ensure all products meet customer specifications before dispatch.

Requirements:

- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in food quality control or food manufacturing.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, GMP, HACCP, and FSSAI guidelines.
- Experience in handling laboratory equipment such as Karl Fischer Titrator, moisture analyzer, pH meter, and other quality testing instruments.
- Robust analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
