Job Title: Accessory Manager – KVR Nexa

Role Summary:
Responsible for managing vehicle accessories sales and operations by engaging with delivery customers, promoting suitable accessory packages, and ensuring seamless fitment and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend vehicle delivery customers and present accessory options.
- Understand customer needs and generate accessory orders.
- Ensure proper fitment coordination and quality check before delivery.
- Follow up with customers for pending or additional accessory requirements.
- Manage accessory stock, place timely orders, and maintain inventory levels.
- Coordinate with service and sales teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain records of orders, billing, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

- Robust communication and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of automobile accessories
- Good coordination and follow-up ability
- Inventory management awareness

Objective:
Enhance customer experience and maximize accessory sales with efficient execution and follow-up.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
