Hiring: QC Head – PEB Industry

Location: Bavla, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

We are looking for an experienced QC Head to lead the Quality Control function for our Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) manufacturing facility.

Position: QC Head
Industry: Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) / Structural Steel
Experience: 9–10 Years (Mandatory in PEB Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the complete Quality Control department.
- Ensure quality compliance for raw materials, fabrication, welding, painting, and finished products.
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures as per industry standards.
- Handle customer inspections, third-party inspections, and quality audits.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, WPS/PQR, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Design,



and Project teams to achieve quality objectives.
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Metallurgical Engineering.
- 9–10 years of relevant experience in the PEB/Structural Steel industry.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong knowledge of welding inspection, fabrication quality, NDT, and painting inspection.
- Experience in leading quality teams and handling client inspections.
- Positive communication and leadership skills

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
