- Lead Generation: Identify potential borrowers through field visits, coaching centers, and education fairs.
- Institutional Tie-ups: Build and maintain relationships with colleges and overseas study consultants.
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly disbursement and sales targets.
- Product Promotion: Conduct seminars or counseling sessions to explain loan advantages to parents and students.
Requirements:
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Basic understanding of retail lending and interest rates.
- 1+ year of sales experience (freshers may be considered for junior roles)
