This is a full-time in office role for a Recruiter at RPA Technology Inc, located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates, conducting interviews, managing candidate relationships, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.
Qualifications
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
Interviewing and Candidate Management skills
Knowledge of recruiting processes and compliance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Experience in the IT industry is a plus
Any Bachelor's degree
Willing to work night shift
