Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect – Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) with strong expertise in Saviynt to lead enterprise identity governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and implementing Identity Governance solutions, integrating enterprise applications, and guiding organizations through complex identity transformation projects, including cloud migrations, mergers & acquisitions, and modernization initiatives.

This role requires a robust combination of technical architecture, cybersecurity knowledge, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with enterprise Identity Governance platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, architect, and deliver enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of at least two Identity Governance programs as a Technical or Solutions Architect.
- Design and implement Identity Governance solutions using Saviynt (preferred), including development, deployment, and configuration.
- Build access models, workflows, connectors, and automated access governance processes.
- Implement account provisioning, deprovisioning, access reconciliation, certification campaigns, and access reviews.
- Integrate authoritative identity sources such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Fieldglass.
- Design and manage complex integrations with enterprise applications and legacy identity platforms.




- Support Identity Governance during mergers, acquisitions, and enterprise migration initiatives.
- Architect Identity Governance for hybrid, cloud, and on-premises environments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, security teams, infrastructure teams, and application owners to design scalable identity solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, solution guidance, and best practices throughout project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Identity Governance platform issues.

Required Skills & ExperienceIdentity Governance & Administration

- Strong expertise in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Saviynt development, deployment, and implementation.
- Experience delivering multiple enterprise Identity Governance programs.
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance.
