About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Assistant to join our Purchase department at Tucson Hydrocontrols, Umbergaon. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day procurement activities, ensuring smooth sourcing of raw materials, tooling, and general supplies while maintaining accurate records and vendor documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan raw materials in alignment with in-house production requirements
- Procure tooling and consumables from approved vendors
- Handle general purchases including oils, safety equipment, hardware tools, and packing materials
- Draft and process Purchase Orders (POs) and Service POs accurately and in a timely manner
- Follow up with suppliers on dispatch status and delivery timelines
- Maintain records and documentation including copies of invoices and challans (Incoming & Outgoing)
- Carry out recent vendor registration and perform document verification




- Update and maintain the Purchase Dashboard and supplier performance reports

Who We're Looking For

- Education Any graduate (B.Com / B.Sc / Diploma or equivalent)
- Experience 1–2 years in a purchase, procurement, or supply chain role

Skills & Competencies

- Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain operations
- Familiarity with Purchase Orders, challans, and vendor documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/purchase software preferred
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
