Job Title: Lead Generation Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads through cold calling and other outreach methods, and passing them on to the sales team for further conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, online research, and outbound outreach.
- Identify and connect with potential customers across target industries.
- Qualify prospects based on business requirements and pass relevant leads to the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel.
- Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team whenever required.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and maintain engagement.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.




- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

Required Skills

- 1–4 years of experience in Lead Generation, Telecalling, or Inside Sales.
- Strong cold calling and communication skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and qualify leads effectively.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in B2B lead generation will be an added advantage.
