Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive based in or near Vasai to manage our day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records in Tally, and coordinate closely with our Chartered Accountant (CA) for compliance and tax filings.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Entries: Daily accounting entries for Sales, Purchase, Receipts, and Payments in Tally Prime.

Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) to ensure accurate matching of bank entries with books.

Petty Cash & Vouchers: Manage petty cash funds, verify supporting documents, and issue daily cash vouchers.

Expense Tracking: Record, track, and categorize all daily/monthly company operating expenses accurately.

CA Coordination: Assist and coordinate with the external CA team by providing required accounting data, ledgers, and documents for GST returns, TDS, and yearly audit closures.

Document Management:



Maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital bills, invoices, receipts, and vouchers.

Key Requirements & Skills

Software: Hands-on experience with Tally (Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime) and basic MS Excel/Word.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent field.

Location Preference: Candidates residing in Vasai to ensure easy daily commute.

Experience: Prior experience handling daily books, bank reconciliation, and cash handling in a manufacturing or trading environment.

Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with internal management and external CA teams.

Salary & Perks

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Adjust based on your budget & candidate experience)

Working Hours: 10.00 AM to 7:00 PM, [Monday to Saturday]

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
