Key Responsibilities

- Generate and develop recent business opportunities in the US IT market.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet client requirements.
- Conduct lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, and market research.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and close deals effectively.
- Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM tools.
