The Creative Head will be responsible for leading the creative vision of client projects, developing engaging content, and crafting innovative strategies that align with client goals and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute creative content for client campaigns (social media, ads, branding, etc.)
- Plan and implement creative strategies tailored to client objectives
- Lead brainstorming sessions and generate innovative campaign ideas
- Supervise designers, content writers, and video editors
- Ensure all creatives maintain brand consistency and high quality
- Collaborate with the marketing and performance team to optimize campaign results
- Stay updated with industry trends, digital tools,



and competitor activities
- Present creative concepts and strategies to clients
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively

Requirements

- Proven experience in digital marketing or creative leadership roles
- Strong understanding of branding, social media trends, and digital campaigns
- Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts

Preferred Skills

- Experience in ad creative planning (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Content strategy and campaign planning expertise
