- Prepare detailed 2D drawings for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Develop site plans, layout plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailing drawings.
- Produce structural drawings including footing, column, beam, slab, and reinforcement details as per engineer's instructions.
- Prepare working drawings for execution at site.
- Revise and update drawings based on design changes and consultant comments.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and project teams.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes, local regulations, and standards.
- Maintain drawing registers and document control procedures.
- Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and basic BOQ measurements from drawings.
- Conduct site visits when required to verify dimensions and resolve drafting issues.
- Archive and organize project documentation systematically.
