Position: Engineering Documentation Specialist Department: Research & Development (R&D;) Location: Lucknow

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Documentation Specialist to manage engineering, quality, and project documentation throughout the product development lifecycle while ensuring ISO 9001:2015 compliance.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and maintain engineering documents, PRS, SRS, design documents, test reports, user, installation and maintenance manuals.

· Maintain document revision history, numbering, approvals, and traceability.

· Prepare ISO 9001:2015 documentation, SOPs, Work Instructions, NCR, CAPA, ECR/ECO, process flow charts, and quality records.

· Support internal and external audits.

· Develop KPI dashboards and project progress reports.





· Prepare compliance matrices, technical presentations, tender documentation, and customer technical documents.

Required Qualifications

· B.Tech./B.E. (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation) or Diploma with relevant experience.

· Technical Writing or ISO Documentation certification preferred.

Required Skills

· Excellent English writing and technical documentation.

· Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and document control.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Understanding of engineering drawings and technical reports.

· Experience in electronics, railway, industrial automation, embedded systems, or power electronics preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
