We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive for our transport company. The candidate will be responsible for preparing daily trip sheets, entering transport and vehicle-related data into the system, maintaining records, and supporting daily logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily trip sheets for vehicles and drivers.
- Enter trip details, fuel expenses, load details, invoices, and transport records into the system.
- Verify trip information and ensure accuracy of data entries.
- Maintain driver, vehicle, and route records.
- Coordinate with drivers and transport supervisors for missing or updated information.
- File and organize transport documents and trip records.




- Generate basic daily and monthly reports as required.
- Ensure all data is updated on time and without errors.

Required Skills

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and data entry software.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle records and documentation efficiently.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
